Service availability and scope are confirmed before engagement. An inquiry does not appoint a registered agent or authorize a filing.

Registered-agent appointment applies only when that service is selected and accepted in the agreement. A filing-only engagement does not appoint Entity Master Corporation as your agent.

Published fees do not authorize a payment, automatic charge or automatic renewal. Government and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included above and in your written scope.
