Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, relevant jurisdiction information, and a message. Business name and phone number are optional. For interstate conversion inquiries, the form asks for the current and destination jurisdictions.
Please share only what is needed to explain your request. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account or payment information, passwords, or confidential documents. There is no attachment upload on this form.
How an inquiry is used
Your details are used to understand your request, consider whether the requested assistance is available, prepare or discuss a quote, and communicate with you. Service availability and scope are confirmed before engagement. An inquiry does not appoint a registered agent or authorize a filing.
The website sends accepted inquiries as plain-text email through Amazon Web Services (AWS) Lambda and Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) to admin@entitymaster.com. Your email address is included as the reply-to address. AWS and the receiving email provider process the message as part of sending and receiving email. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply; see the AWS Privacy Notice (opens in a new tab).
The form does not add you to a mailing list, take a payment, or send your inquiry to a government agency. It does not create a website account or save inquiry content in a website database.
Inquiry scope
Submitting an inquiry does not grant permission to use the company address or create an engagement with Entity Master Corporation.
Entity Master Corporation is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Communications are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Technical information and abuse protection
The website processes the request’s network address and basic request information to operate the form and limit abuse. It sends AWS a keyed hash of the network address, not the raw address, for rate limiting. AWS DynamoDB stores that hash with attempt counts and time-window identifiers, plus site-wide counts without inquiry content. The limits apply across server restarts: five attempts per network address per 15-minute window, 20 site-wide per minute, and 100 site-wide per UTC day. Counter records become eligible for automatic deletion when their window ends; deletion may take several days. Failed delivery attempts still count. This does not describe the retention of email messages or hosting-provider records.
The application does not log inquiry text or email addresses. Hosting, network, and email providers may separately process technical records needed to operate their services. This website does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies or include third-party tracking scripts.
Storage and security
Submitted inquiries can remain in the business inquiry inbox and in the systems used to process and respond to them. No fixed email-retention period is promised in this notice. Form errors return the entered information on the same page so you can correct it; the contact response is marked not to be cached. Your browser may still retain form information in its history or autofill features.
No internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use this form for an initial description, not for sending sensitive records.
Privacy requests
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use the contact form, choose “I’m not sure yet,” and identify your message as a privacy request. You may enter “Privacy request” in the jurisdiction field. Include enough information to identify your earlier inquiry, but do not send identity documents through the form.
You may also call (916) 891-1010, including when the form is unavailable.
Requests may require verification before action can be taken. Any rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
